Magnesite alumina spinel brick
Introduction:
Magnesite-alumina spinel brick is a high-grade alkaline refractory brick with periclase and spinel as the main mineralogical. It is formed by high-pressure molding and high-temperture sintering. At the same time, special mineralizer is added to make the crystal phase particles directly between the products.
Advantages:
1. Good thermal shock resistance, 20~25 times under water quenching cycle, even more.
2. High refractoriness under load, up to 1620-1690 ℃.
3. High alkali slag resistance.
Application:
1.Transition zone of cement rotary kiln.
2.High temperture zone of lime kiln.
3.Furnace roof of open-hearth furnace and reverberatory furnace.
