Self-flowing castable

Introduction:

Self-flowing castable is a refractory castable that can flow and degas without vibration. It is characterized in that water is appropriately added without reducing or significantly reducing the performance of the castable, and can be cast into various shapes of the construction body without vibration. Self-flowing castables are especially suitable for thin-walled or complex-shaped parts. Self-flowing castables have been developed on the basis of low cement and ultra-low cement castables.

Advantages:

1. It can be automatically spread and can reach the parts that cannot be reached by the vibration castable.

2. Pumpable construction, reduce labor intensity and speed up construction period.

Application:

It can be used for continuous casting tundish lining, electric furnace roof, tapping port, steel ladle, heating furnace, blast furnace tapping ditch etc.
