Corundum mullite castable

Introduction:

The corundum mullite castable is also called corundum mullite wear-resistant castable, and its mullite is less in nature. The mullite raw materials used in the industry are synthetically synthesized, and have the characteristics of high purity, high density, low creep rate, small thermal expansion, good thermal shock resistance and strong chemical resistance.

Advantages:

Good crushing strength at high temperature, good impact resistance and spalling resistance; good volume stability at high temperature and thermal shock resistance, high refractoriness under load, low creep rate at high temperture and good resistance to chemical corrosion.

Application:

Tubular heating furnace in petrochemical industrial, steam boiler, wear-resistance lining of boiler in large power plant, gasifier, circulating fluidized boiler lining and coal injection pipe in cement rotary kiln etc.
